Be real.
Make direction. Move forward.

Coaching and hands-on partnerships for people with an executive mindset.
In tech, business and life.

What becomes possible when the conversation can go where it needs to?

People who take charge don’t have the luxury of neatly defined boundaries. They go for it and deal with what comes up along the way. You can bring what you’re facing without first deciding what kind of help it calls for. Together, we find where attention is needed and work on moving things forward.

Business, tech & AI

I engage with the substance of technology.

My background in mathematics and AI consulting allows me to assess and help shape technical solutions—from individual tools to enterprise-scale platforms. I understand their capabilities and complexity, in development and operation. All in service of the business and the people who turn technology’s promise into results.

Organization & power

You depend on the organization you have the power to shape.

How you make decisions, give direction, and entrust responsibility shapes ways of working that carry beyond your own involvement. I’ve led projects, teams, client relationships and held responsibility as a consulting partner. Let us explore how you can use your power consciously and effectively, within and beyond formal roles.

The whole person

I make room for the person within their roles: emotions, assumptions, ambitions, and inner contradictions.

As a coach and thinking partner, I explore how these shape the possibilities we see and the actions we take. Stepping into the personal with honesty, opens up new horizons for yourself, your business and your community.

What is unique or notable about me?

Do I want to inspire anything?

In the minds of my reader, which categorical associations am I listed under? Do I need to break with them?

We can think things through together, and I can take responsibility for an agreed part of the work—with a clear scope and a handover in view.

Notable about me

What marks my style?

Make room for what is there.

  • To act effectively, I make room between noticing and concluding.

  • Difficult emotions and uncomfortable thoughts are welcome. They don’t need to be fixed.

  • Resistance is feedback from reality. I’m curious about what it tells us.

Look honestly at our own participation.

  • People don’t need to be fixed. I can’t make someone change, but people change.

  • I work best with people who are willing to have their own contribution to a situation pointed out.

Be clear about what we want to accomplish—and how.

  • When we propose an idea or intervention, I ask: What problem is this solving? What are we trying to make possible?

  • How we pursue an outcome matters. I prefer plans that become true over the rush of an ambitious deadline that assumes everything goes right.

  • I’m curious about accomplishing more by doing less. I will call out conspicuous busyness.

Categorical association

What do I do?

  • With people: I bring clarity to the person, their roles and their circumstances so that they can go from stuck to I see it and I know how I can shape it

  • With executives: I create the space to consider how their power can be levered to shape what they can’t control and create outcomes they are responsible for but can not produce by themselves

  • I coach persons

  • With senior professionals: Their expertise and experience are invaluable. It can become unclear though how these are supposed to contribute when everything seems changing. I help getting a perspective and finding a personal stance.

  • With AI and tech driven initiatives: When desired outcomes are realized through business or people, they can become the blockers for a technological shift that is supposed to enable.

    • I bring these into view and keep the project responsible for delivering on what matters in the end.

    • I relate, translate and moderate between different functions to enable effective collaboration and empowered individual performance.

    • I architect projects in a way that streamlines efforts and other resources for outcomes for people and business.

  • In times of crisis or conflict, I moderate and mediate communication to avoid unnecessary damage to relationships and business

  • In phases of orientation, I facilitate great decisions that are based on emotional clarity and not on claiming to be right. Priorities and strategy that remain stable throughout progress and change are a result of acknowledging real uncertainty and taking responsibility.

About

I enjoy making things happen that make a meaningful difference: bringing structure to complex situations, taking ownership, and working with others to move things forward.

While I’m passionate about tech, what matters to me is what it makes possible for people and businesses. As an AI consultant, I became a project lead within months and went on to become the firm’s youngest partner.

As my responsibilities grew, one thing became increasingly clear: we work in formal roles, but we bring our whole selves to them. Moving things forward effectively meant working with the people and the systems they were part of. And as a mentor, coach, mediator and leader, I saw how much depended on how people handled uncertainty, responsibility and each other.

My work today brings the whole person into focus: how our thoughts, emotions, wishes and inner contradictions shape the possibilities we see and the actions we take. I continue to explore these connections in my own life.

I believe that all of life—across business, family, friendships and hobbies—can be a practice of self-discovery. And that we need people who are ambitious for the world and themselves, and willing to do honest inner work. When the two come together, great things can happen.
