What becomes possible when
the conversation can go where it needs to?
People who take charge don’t have the luxury of neatly defined boundaries and clean scopes. They go for it and deal with what comes up along the way.
When we work together, you can bring what you’re facing without first deciding what kind of help it calls for. Together, we find where attention is needed and work on moving things forward. Accounting for the interconnectedness of real life. Enabling you to bring your full personal energy into the situation.
Learning to see my own part
I once felt the pressure to become someone. I struggled in a relationship that felt stuck and still had so many beautiful sides. I had a successful career that gave me a great deal—and sometimes felt like it was having me, rather than me having it.
One voice inside me said: you need to step out of this life to find the answers you seek. Another said: you’ll face the same kinds of issues wherever you go.
Both turned out to be true.
Even without a job, I felt the pressure to be productive. When I considered freelancing, I could already see myself taking on roles I had wanted to leave behind. In a new relationship, I noticed myself avoiding again. Was I about to rebuild the life I had left?
I began to see that, alongside what I wanted, I had helped create things I didn’t want. How had I missed my own part?
It wasn’t one big epiphany. In small situations of daily life, I began to see things I had missed: how trying to be liked kept me from speaking honestly, or how my desire for greatness kept me from growing here and now. With that clarity came relief, room to act, and a renewed connection with myself and others.
What do I do?
I help people move forward where it feels difficult. In business and in life. Working with me means making room for the conversation we need to have right now. We look at what matters in the situation and how you’re involved in it. From there, we can find a clearer, more realistic way forward for us.
Somewhen any difficulty will be over. So why does it make a difference? There are real, avoidable costs involved with going through difficulties. Relationships hurt. Money spend. Energy invested. Suffering caused. Chaos created. My goal for my clients is to have less of the avoidable costs and more of the potential benefits of those phases.
Two broad modalities of my work are worth distinguishing:
Through coaching, we develop perspective, clarify decisions, and strengthen your ability to act. Coaching is centered on enabling people to go forward, individual or team.
Through hands-on partnerships I bring my personal capabilities into situations where they can make a difference. We collaborate in a scoped context where my task are leading towards a deliverable or outcome. An example is me owning the change side of an organizational AI initiative, designing roll-outs and orchestrating internal communications.
Find your way forward in what matters to you.
What matters is up to you. What works is up to your situation. I’m here to help you move things forward. Here are some of the situations and ambitions we can work on together.
When you feel stuck in what you have
Something in your work or life matters to you, but you can’t see how to move it forward. [Missing the stuck party] Together, we look at you, your circumstances, and how you’re involved in what is happening—including wishes or tensions that haven’t had room yet. We work toward a clearer sense of what is going on and how you can shape it.When you feel hesitant before a big decision
You are in one of those rare phases of your life where you have the chance to really change your life’s course. With all the opportunities ahead, you find yourself hesitant. Will you be more happy in another career? Is it really about being more independent? Will I be just rebuilding a life that I left? Together we will look at the different parts, the ones that pull your forward and the ones who inspire doubt. We work to get you clarity for making a decision and to change your patterns so that the new life doesn’t turn out to be the old one in disguise. We work toward decisions you can stand behind without needing certainty that you are right, and priorities that can guide you as circumstances change. For executives who want a new horizon of power
You’re responsible for outcomes you cannot produce by yourself. Progress depends on what other people understand, decide, and do. Together, we examine how you use your power: how you give direction, make decisions, entrust responsibility, and participate beyond your formal role. Situation by situation, we will remove entanglements that do no longer serve you and develop clarity for what really matters to you and the business. We work toward shaping the conditions that allow you and others to accomplish more while actually doing less. For senior professionals who want to stay engaged and make their experience count
You have substantial expertise and experience, yet changes around you can make it unclear where and how to contribute. Again, you find yourself under pressure to adapt. At the same time, you know that this is also a cycle: What everyone is excited about today, will be normal 2 years from now. Together, we look at what the situation needs, what you bring, and what you want to stand for in your work. We work toward a personal stance that incorporates all of you, including the foresight around trends and cycles. When you allow all of yourself to contribute you’ll naturally engage more fully, with greater clarity and confidence. For AI and tech-driven initiatives where technology and ways of working need to evolve together
A technical solution can work and still fall short of the difference it was meant to make. I help connect the technical work with the business needs and the people whose participation turns it into results. This can involve shaping the project, translating between functions, or owning the change work around a rollout. The aim is to align decisions, collaboration, and resources around the outcomes that matter. Traditionally described as stakeholder and change management, my approach is tuned to the complex nature of such initiatives and more pragmatic. Keep all relevant parties involved, reduce wasting resources, make meaningful progress and ensure real outcomes. For everyone in times of crisis and conflict
When tensions rise or events demand a response, communication becomes consequential and difficult. Our organizations and ourselves tend to handle this in known ways, leading to known results. Some fall into interventionism. Some are solution oriented. Some avoid. Some wait.
What we do in those phases has consequences well beyond: What will be decided will often persist until the next crisis. How we handle ourselves and the situation will be a clear signal to everyone for what to expect when things become difficult.
I will help you to see the immense potential of those moments and make moves that will leave a positive imprint on everyone involved. I facilitate conversations and mediate between people, helping bring concerns, differences, and what is at stake into view. We work toward a way forward that addresses the situation while avoiding unnecessary damage to relationships and business.

Business, tech & AI
I engage with the substance of technology.
My background in mathematics and AI consulting allows me to assess and help shape technical solutions—from individual tools to enterprise-scale platforms. I understand their capabilities and complexity, in development and operation. All in service of the business and the people who turn technology’s promise into results.
Organization & power
You depend on the organization you have the power to shape.
How you make decisions, give direction, and entrust responsibility shapes ways of working that carry beyond your own involvement. I’ve led projects, teams, client relationships and held responsibility as a consulting partner. Let us explore how you can use your power consciously and effectively, within and beyond formal roles.
The whole person
I make room for the person within their roles: emotions, assumptions, ambitions, and inner contradictions.
As a coach and thinking partner, I explore how these shape the possibilities we see and the actions we take. Stepping into the personal with honesty, opens up new horizons for yourself, your business and your community.
About
I enjoy making things happen that make a meaningful difference: bringing structure to complex situations, taking ownership, and working with others to move things forward.
While I’m passionate about tech, what matters to me is what it makes possible for people and businesses. As an AI consultant, I became a project lead within months and went on to become the firm’s youngest partner.
As my responsibilities grew, one thing became increasingly clear: we work in formal roles, but we bring our whole selves to them. Moving things forward effectively meant working with the people and the systems they were part of. And as a mentor, coach, mediator and leader, I saw how much depended on how people handled uncertainty, responsibility and each other.
My work today brings the whole person into focus: how our thoughts, emotions, wishes and inner contradictions shape the possibilities we see and the actions we take. I continue to explore these connections in my own life.
I believe that all of life—across business, family, friendships and hobbies—can be a practice of self-discovery. And that we need people who are ambitious for the world and themselves, and willing to do honest inner work. When the two come together, great things can happen.
